Hladni lanac se odnosi na proces transporta i skladištenja prehrambenih proizvoda koji zahtevaju određenu temperaturu kako bi se sačuvao njihov kvalitet i sigurnost.
Ovaj lanac obuhvata niz koraka, uključujući proizvodnju, pakovanje, transport, skladištenje i distribuciju tih proizvoda. Cilj hladnog lanca je održavanje kontinuirane temparature kako bi se sprečilo kvarenje ili gubitak kvaliteta proizvoda koji zahtevaju odgovarajući temperaturni režim. Da bi se hladni lanac uspešno održao, koriste se odgovarajuće tehnologije, kao što su rashladni uređaji, izolovane ambalaže, kontrolisani transportni sistemi i monitoring temperature. Ovi sistemi omogućavaju održavanje temperaturnih uslova unutar optimalnog raspona tokom cele putanje proizvoda od proizvođača do kranjeg potrošača. U radu je predstavljen program, Temp Track. koga su autori razvili u saradnji sa firmom bitsEverywhere d.o.o.za potrebe Kompanije “Somboled” iz Sombora, čiji su proizvodi osetljivi na temperature..

Abstract:
Cold chain refers to the process of transporting and storing food products that require a certain temperature in order to preserve their quality and safety. This chain includes a series of steps, including production, packaging, transportation, storage and distribution of those products. The goal of the cold chain is to maintain a continuous temperature in order to prevent spoilage or loss of quality of products that require an appropriate temperature regime. In order to successfully maintain the cold chain, appropriate technologies are used, such as cooling devices, insulated packaging, controlled transport systems and temperature monitoring. These systems make it possible to maintain temperature conditions within the optimal range during the entire path of the product from the producer to the final consumer. The paper presents the Temp Track software solution, which the authors developed in cooperation with the company bitsEverywhere d.o.o. for the needs of the Company “Somboled” from Sombor, whose products are temperature sensitive.
