Cluster members can be organized according to their proximity, which enables the sharing of forces and resources (for example, transport companies from region XY, etc.).

LOGISTICS CLUSTER will unify and coordinate joint activities with the aim of defining a common vision and achieving common goals, and direct personal and social ties to strengthen trust and enable a faster flow of information. Activities of cluster members
The activities financed in this phase of work include cluster work, preparation and initial execution of key joint cluster projects for the establishment of common infrastructure, preparation and implementation of annual and multi-year plans and programs defined by sections, and cluster development and research programs and cluster internationalization. Members of the Cluster conclude individual contracts on the coordination and work of the LOGISTICS CLUSTER with respect and definition of individual requirements, obligations, and responsibilities.
